Hey everyone, I’m CLOSING Rainbow Fusion and moving to a new host.Why? Because I want to offer paid hosting to persons.FanFusion.org is a wonderful host I had no problems with them but I feel it’s time I move onto bigger and better things.
In other words I want to open my own hosting site , I will still have a blog though but it will have a different name of course. I haven’t decided which name yet I will choose but it makes no sense having you all come to the site and it’s not being updated -.- I will send all of my Affies an email regarding the change in the site’s name and URL.
It was nice making new friends and chatting with my visitors but I won’t be gone for long.
Heya, I know I’ve been missing for a couple of weeks but I’m dropping in to let everyone know I’m okay.It’s just that I’ve had a lot of personal issues to deal with recently so I kinda slacked off on the site but don’t worry some major updates coming very soon!

I recently started my exercise program once more and this time I’m way more comitted because now I actually have a personal trainer ^_^ .My friend Jeff was so nice to be my trainer for 3 months, ain’t that sweet . Since I have no time to waste with this new exercise program I began searching around the net for tips on how to get the best results and I stumbled across an article by Spark People.comabout the best time of the day to exercise is in the morning and reasons why it is so beneficial.
I personally don’t exercise in the morning because I’m not really a morning person, it always take me about an hour to get out the bed . But I’ve tried it a couple of times when my schedule was hectic and I didn’t have time during the day to exericse and I must say…..it’s make you feel really good and energized and ready to start the day.So I decided to share the article with you
“Top Ten Reasons” for getting up with the early birds to get moving:
1.) Exercising early in the morning “jump starts” your metabolism, keeping it elevated for hours, sometimes for up to 24 hours! As a result, you’ll be burning more calories all day long—just because you exercised in the morning.
2.) Exercising in the morning energizes you for the day—not to mention that gratifying feeling of virtue you have knowing you’ve done something disciplined and good for you. (Much better than a worm!)
3.) Studies have shown that exercise significantly increases mental acuity—a benefit that lasts four to ten hours after your workout ends. Exercising in the a.m. means you get to harness that brainpower, instead of wasting it while you’re snoozing.
Over the past couple of days I tweaked some stuff and edited a bit here and there all over the site I must admit, I’ve grown to love Rainbow Fusion even more now
On Friday I was reading the newspaper when I came across an article about turtle attacks on our island. For a while now there has been many reports about attacks of these innocent creatures.
According to the Nation News (Weekend Nation) a Hawksbill turtle – one of the those critically endangered species was attacked and killed on one of our beaches. The turtle was approximately 27 years old and was carrying eggs to nest. The turtle was stabbed multiple times with a knife and a broken bottle.
I really don’t know why someone would kill a turtle just like that for no reason….just for fun -_____- so much is being done to educate the public about the importance of preserving the lives of these creatures but some ignorant people don’t listen. I’m appealing to those out there PLEASE DON’T HARM THE TURTLES….LEAVE THEM ALONE!
After 10 years of having chemically processed hair I’ve decided to go back natural better yet I’m going to grow dreadlocks It’s something I wanted to do for a while but my mom is not too keen on me doing it though but it’s better for me to manage that relaxed hair.I have the type of hair that breaks all the time and has alot of split ends since it’s very thin.
Since I have really long hair, i’m going to use the ‘Extensions method‘ because I don’t want to cut off all of my hair at once.
In this method I will braid my hair in Afro Kinky until my new growth reaches a considerable length where I don’t need to braid it anymore.
*P.S In case you have no clue what Afro Kinky is,the pic at side is a perfect example. Over time when I get my hair braided I’ll upload pics of the styles I have along the way
As always I post some of my favorite videos so today I decided to post Beyonce’s new music video I really love it and the whole concept of the video…simple but still effective. Many of you are probably saying I have nothing bad to say about Queen Bee that maybe true because I adore her.
Her brand new album ’4′ is in stores today please go and purchase it.I must admit at first when I listened to it I was a bit taken back because it is not the usual Beyonce album.It has a mixture of slow jams and up tempo beats,really nice combo to me.
As for opening my fansite, Beyonce Source it is becoming challenging for me to do it on my own.I honestly didn’t know running a fansite would be so much work I was really looking forward to opening it but I’m slowly changing my mind about it which makes me sad because now I feel as though I will not be able to showcase how much I love Queen Bee.But we’ll see how it goes.
Hey guys, I know I didn’t blog in like a week or so.That’s because I took some time away from the www for a bit to really enjoy vacation . I have so much time on my hands that I started to do some reading which is something I really hated in the past.Nope, I’m not bored at all which is a miracle.But I realise reading isn’t that bad especially if you read Lipstick Jungle by Candace Bushnell.It’s way better than all of the love books I read .
